Q:How long does it take?

A: Very quick, if that's what you need. If necessary we can exchange in 24hrs.

Q: How quickly can I get the money?

A: Your solicitor will release the money as soon as the transaction is completed.

Q: I don't have a solicitor?

A: Use our recommended solicitor, and we will pay all the legal fees. If you choose to use your own solicitor, we will pay £500 towards their fees.

Q: Will anybody know about the sale?

A: No, it's confidential. We don't put a sold sign up, nobody will know about your sale.

Q: If we are being repossessed and we have chosen to sell to you, do we need to tell the people who are repossessing us ?

A: You don't have to do anything. The solicitor will talk to them and arrange for their loan to be paid.

Q: Do I have to accept your offer straight away?

A: Our offer is valid for 14 days. The terms of the offer may be subject to review if you wish to go ahead after this period.
